Return of the puffins

A couple of years ago I managed to get down to Skomer Island (Pembrokeshire coast) for the annual invasion of thousands of puffins, who seek refuge to feed and breed. It was a wonderful UK wildlife experience and the island left a lasting impression on me and without doubt called for a return. This time round their seemed to be less puffins on our visit but the little guys that were there certainly put on a memorable show.
