About Pictures Inc Ltd

Pictures Inc Ltd was Incorporated in December 2006. And although the business launched soon after in April 2007, the concept of Pictrues Inc was being planned out a few years ago whilst I was living overseas. Funnily enough I can remember making notes and plans for Pictrues Inc in the lunch break of my day job in Sydney (I still have those notes). Doing the "year out" gave me plenty of time to learn my way around the camera but more importantly at my own leisure and at my own pace. Whilst overseas my new love for photography seemed to combine naturally with one of my other favourite activities. Diving! I actually learned the technical aspects of underwater photography before any land based form of photography which may be a little unusual but I don't think it did any harm.

Once back in the UK, I studied part time to gain a Higher Diploma in Freelance Photography. Believing it is always important to have recognition from those well established in the industry, I then became a Licenciate member of the British Institute of Professional Photographers and more recently the Master Photographer Association.

Rather than "chancing and freelancing" or sticking to a specific type of photography, with Pictures Inc, I always wanted to create a universe of beautiful pictures of which people could enjoy and admire, and in doing so, demonstrate that Pictures Inc is well and truley up for taking on the most demanding photographic challanges.
